Fraud or simply another voter hassle?

I checked this out courtesy of a ‘heads up’ from a Tea Party member in California. See her email following this foxnews.com report.

Nevada Voters Complain Of Problems At Polls
Clark County Insists Election Fraud-Free

LAS VEGAS -- Some voters in Boulder City complained on Monday that their ballot had been cast before they went to the polls, raising questions about Clark County's electronic voting machines.
Voter Joyce Ferrara said when they went to vote for Republican Sharron Angle, her Democratic opponent, Sen. Harry Reid's name was already checked.
Ferrara said she wasn't alone in her voting experience. She said her husband and several others voting at the same time all had the same thing happen.
"Something's not right," Ferrara said. "One person that's a fluke. Two, that's strange. But several within a five minute period of time -- that's wrong."
Clark County Registrar of Voters Larry Lomax said there is no voter fraud, although the issues do come up because the touch-screens are sensitive. For that reason, a person may not want to have their fingers linger too long on the screen after they make a selection at any time.
"Especially in a community with elderly citizens (they have) difficulty in (casting their) ballot," Lomax said. "Team leaders said there were complaints (and the) race filled in."
At any time, voters can go back on the screen and review their selections. They are also allowed to make changes and encouraged to double-check their ballot on screen and on paper before it is cast.
Lomax said claims the machines were altered in any way were “patently false” and said at no time did any of those voters report the incident to staff at their polling location.
“In fact, although over 160,000 people have voted early in Clark County, those allegations that have been made have gone directly to the media as opposed to election board officers,” he said.

My message to the rocket scientists who took away our paper ballots and foisted these electronic machines on us… now what? You gonna tell us old fogies we can no longer vote?

The email from California…

Will I Be Happier After Nov 2?

Just heard Fiorina is in the hospital. Infection from her reconstructive breast surgery. Even if she can get back on the campaign trail in a day or 2 it will probably hurt her.
Fox news in NV is reporting that Reid's name was already checked when some voters went to vote for Sharron Angle. Google fox news and you can read the report. Also heard something about Reid giving away food and gift cards for votes in an email, don't know if it is true.
The big message we got from the Tea Party thing we went to Sunday was that only 60% of Republicans in Los Angeles county voted in the last election and if 80% voted we could take all the state offices. And Conservatives need to be more vocal, but it goes against our nature.
I did precinct walk Sat. We only had literature for our local state rep. The incumbent is a sleaze bag who pushed a bill to make it easier for ACORN to steal elections. The Republican is a very bright young guy who understands what is happening and what needs to be done so it is easy for me to talk him up. He immigrated here from Peru and  knows what Marxism and Socialism brings and is very motivated not to have it happen here. If you're interested his name is Alavaro Day and I'm sure he has a website. He has run a very good and smart campaign.
