DCEDO... Continental Carbonic Thanks Community

Darke County Economic Development Office…
Continental Carbonic Thanks the Community

Executives from Continental Carbonic, the dry ice company almost ready to break ground in the Greenville Industrial Park, attended the City Planning & Zoning meeting on Dec. 7th where their site plan was approved by the committee. Dave Butts, Vice President of Business Development, thanked the county and city for their efforts and stated that they looked forward to being a part of the community.  The company hopes to have their facility open by May, 2011, at which time a ribbon-cutting and "welcome to the community" event may be held.
The group, some of whom stayed to discuss their employment needs with Sherry Mueller at The Darke County Job Center, was taken by ED Director Marc Saluk to dinner following the meeting and then back to the Darke County Airport.
Those interested in learning more about the company can visit or contact the ED Office.
