It’s tough having an intelligent conversation when one side or the other is so far off the wall that you can’t even communicate. The biggie, though is the Fox News Insider report that “Stuff is Just Made Up”… it’s worth a smile, if not a horse laugh. Funny that the “made up stuff” of the other side was never mentioned.

Senior Scribe Robert Rhoades analyzed the voting and noted that city residents said yes; others said no. Conclusion? Get outlying areas involved in the process. The big news of the week, of course was Greenville City Council passing the ordinance extending the restricted zones for sex offenders. Thanks to the Citizens 4 Change, we were able to publish what I thought was the first positive thing to come out of this whole fiasco… a learning opportunity for kids on how to deal with Stranger Danger. Greenville City Schools is aiding in the effort. You’ll find my thoughts on it in this week’s opinion.
